The Hydraulic kit comprises of the following:

• 1 x Flywheel coupling
• M6 x 25 mm Set Screws
• M6 x 20 mm Set Screws
• 1 x Pressure Hose
• 1 x Suction hose
• 1 x Hydraulic Pump/Bracket Assembly incl 12 V Magnetic Clutch
• 12 V Dash Switch and Fuse.
• 1 x Modified Cowling Spacer (Yamaha) or Extension (Mercury )
• 1 x Hydraulic Retaining Collar
• 1 x Front Cowling Bracket
• 1 x Rear Cowling Bracket
• Hose clamps, Set Screws etc.

As each and every installation is different, the size and shape of the oil reservoir needs to be custom built to suit the boat. It is recommended that 20l is the minimum amount of oil and oil coolers are not required.

Typical oil flow with a 100 HP Yamaha 4 Stroke outboard at idle is 15 LPM @ 1500 PSI. This is sufficient oil flow to power 2 hydraulic reels, or a pot hauler, anchor winch , net hauler etc.
